This is a draft.
It describes what the software actually sends, but it has not been through legal review.

What leaves your computer

  • Your encrypted backup. Encrypted before it is sent, so we hold the file but cannot read your sales.
  • A licence check. Each main register tells us it is alive, which version it is running, and nothing else about your business.
  • Your account details. The name, email, and company you signed up with, plus billing information held by Stripe. We never see your card number.
  • Shared customer records, if you run several shops. Only when you switch that on, and only so a customer’s loyalty balance works across your own branches.

What does not

Your sales, products, suppliers, staff, and books stay on your computers. We do not read them, analyse them, or sell anything derived from them.

Who else is involved

Stripe processes payments. Supabase hosts the account system and the encrypted backups. That is the whole list.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, at m.hilmy@outlook.com. Deleting your account removes your details and your backups from our systems within 30 days. It does not touch the data on your own computers, which remains yours.
